The Bravo Building, part of the Teacher Retirement New Campus Headquarters, is a 250,000-square-foot office facility located at 4655 Mueller Boulevard in Austin, Texas. Designed to support the operational needs of the Teacher Retirement System, the building provides a modern, efficient workspace for staff and stakeholders.
Completed in 2025, the project was led by Kilgor Industry as the mechanical contractor, with comprehensive Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) conducted to ensure optimal HVAC performance, energy efficiency, and indoor air quality.
