Bank of America’s Building B, located at 7105 Corporate Drive in Plano, Texas, is a 245,000-square-foot, five-story office building designed to support the bank’s growing operations in the region. This modern facility enhances workplace efficiency and sustainability while providing a high-quality environment for employees and visitors.
Completed in 2023, the project was led by Dallas Mechanical Group as the mechanical contractor, with Syska Hennessy Group providing engineering expertise. To ensure Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) was conducted, optimizing HVAC systems for energy efficiency, air quality, and occupant comfort.
