A deep-dive video call gives us the opportunity to get to know you better and allows us to make a more informed decision on how to proceed. We’ll discuss the nitty-gritty details about the job and take a closer look at your qualifications and experience.

We’ll conduct a background check

Before we commit, we’ll do our due diligence to verify your qualifications. We’ll contact your references to validate the employment information you provided and inquire about your previous job performance.

We’ll schedule an orientation session

You’ll meet with Airadigm Solution’s training coordinator to discuss your onboarding process and getting started with our two-year training program at Airadigm Technical Academy.

We’ll kick-start your training

With 75-plus training modules that include classroom-based training, hands-on field experience, and a comprehensive exam, our TAB program at Airadigm Technical Academy will teach you everything you need to know to succeed in your role.
