For starters, we’re always innovating for what's to come. Airadigm Solutions was one of the first companies to adopt digital reporting tools in 2014 — designing a proprietary software that records and tracks air balancing testing results in real time while our pros are on the field. So it’s safe to say: Even years ago, we were years ahead of the curve.

We also empower our TAB technicians through quality education at our very own Airadigm Technical Academy, with mentorship led by the best of the best in the business. Looking to learn everything you need to know about HVAC testing and balancing from the very best in the game? Welcome to Airadigm Technical Academy, a two-year program designed by leaders in the industry aiming to fill a gap in TAB education. Taught at a top-notch training facility, our program includes 75 training modules, hands-on field experience, and HVAC system simulation learning.

But that's not all the program offers. Through personalized instruction, you will enhance your understanding of HVAC testing and balancing, while improving your problem-solving skills and math literacy. Moreover, you'll get to sharpen your on-the-job communication and verbal skills. At the end of the program, you'll put your knowledge to the test with a rigorous exam — before joining the ranks of our testing, adjusting, and balancing pros.
