Completed in 2021, the project was led by Cobb Mechanical as the mechanical contractor, with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers overseeing engineering and system design. To ensure peak efficiency and compliance with stringent healthcare standards, Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) was conducted, optimizing HVAC and mechanical systems for superior air quality, climate control, and energy performance.
