Located in the heart of Bentonville, Arkansas, the 702 SW 8th Street Auditorium and Conference Center is a 200,000-square-foot facility designed to host large-scale events, conferences, and performances. Completed in 2024, this project brought together Berger Engineering as the mechanical contractor and Arup USA, Inc. as the engineering firm, ensuring a world-class environment for both attendees and presenters.
A key component of the project was the Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) process, which fine-tuned the building’s HVAC and ventilation systems, climate control, and energy efficiency—essential for a space catering to large audiences. This cutting-edge facility now serves as a hub for collaboration, creativity, and engagement, further strengthening Bentonville’s role as a center for business and cultural events.
