The 24 New Chardon St. Courthouse in Boston, Massachusetts underwent a comprehensive 425,000-square-foot remodel to modernize and enhance its facilities. Completed in 2023, the project was led by Trane as the contractor, with BVH Integrated Services, Inc. overseeing the engineering. As part of the renovation, advanced Testing, Adjusting, and Balancing (TAB) was performed to optimize building performance, ensuring efficiency, comfort, and functionality within this critical judicial facility.
